Drhino Oak Garden Room
Measuring 3.6m x 4.8m, the stylish Oak is the largest Garden Room in our range. There are double-glazed patio doors to the entrance, two full-height windows to the side. The studio is made from high-pressure laminate which requires no maintenance, and the exterior is available in two standard colours, or woodgrain finish. The walls, floor and roof are fully insulated, to provide a comfortable space that can be used all year round.
The flat-roof design conforms to modern Planning requirements, and no Planning permission is required. The studio incorporates integral roof trims, fascias with boxed guttering and downpipe to the rear. In addition, electrical consumer box, wall-mounted electric oil heater, four external lights and five double sockets are fitted as standard. Once the studio is installed by our qualified fitters, it is a simple operation for a local electrician to connect the system.

Construction
The Drhino range is built from high-pressure laminate panels which need no maintenance and resist impact damage, corrosion, mould, fungus and vermin infestation.
Base Construction
Drhino use a piling system, fitted with a treated timber subframe, to provide the base for your Garden Room. This eliminates the need for excavation, concreting, or skips to remove waste from site,
Drhino Rowan Garden Room
The Rowan Garden Room is our smallest model at 3m square, and features double-glazed french doors, with an additional full height double-glazed window to let the light flood in, and provide a selective view of the garden. Its compact footprint provides the perfect solution for even a small garden to accommodate that inspiring office space, gym or creative zone that you are looking for, without the need for an extension.

Drhino Terms & Conditions of Business
Drhino Ltd shall not be liable for a breach of its Warranty set out below, relating to workmanship and materials, other than the Structural Elements, unless the Customer gives written notice to Drhino Ltd within one month from the date upon which the Customer signs the Completion & Installation checklist, unless Drhino Ltd is given a reasonable opportunity to examine the Garden Room. Any repaid or replaced goods will be guaranteed on these terms only for the unexpired portion of the one month period.
The Installation Site is the Site specified by the Customer for the Installation of the Garden Room, as specified on the Drhino Order Form, and identified on the Drhino Site Survey Form.
The Structural Elements of the Drhino Garden Room covered by the Warranty, include the floor, roof, internal and external walls.
The Drhino Garden Room is sold under a Customer Transaction (as defined by the Customer Transaction, Restrictions on Order Statements 1976). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the liability of Drhino Ltd for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentations.
The warranty given shall not apply to any defects in the Garden Room arising as a result of ground heave, subsidence or landslip affecting the installation.
Drhino Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the specification of the Garden Room which do not materially affect the function or quality, or where it is necessary to conform to Safety, or other Statutory requirements.
Title to the Garden Room shall not pass to the Customer until Drhino Ltd has received payment infull. The price of the Garden Room shall be set out in the Order Acceptance Form. The price shall include any Value Added Tax unless otherwise stated. The deposit of 33% is payable to Drhino Ltd when ordering the Garden Room. The balance is payable at the time that the keys to the Garden Room are handed to the Customer. Drhino Ltd reserves the right to alter its price list at any time. If the Customer fails to pay the full payment on the due date, then without prejudice to its other rights and remedies, Drhino Ltd may charge interest both before and after Judgement on the amount unpaid, at the rate of 10%. Drhino Ltd have an irrevocable licence to enter upon the Installation Site to remove the Garden Room. Once the Order Acceptance confirmation has been issued by Drhino Ltd to the Customer, it may only be cancelled or the installation date deferred with the written agreement of Drhino Ltd, and on the condition that the Customer indemnifies Drhino Ltd for all costs incurred as a result.
Any date specified by Drhino Ltd on the Order Acceptance Confirmation for the installation of the Garden Room, is approximate only, and will be confirmed by Drhino Ltd at least 5 working days before installation. Where no dates are specified, installation will be within a reasonable time.
On completion of the installation, Drhino Ltd will issue a Completion & Installation checklist for the counter signature by the Customer confirming that the Garden Room has been installed to the Customer's satisfaction, and the keys to the Garden Room will then be handed over.
The Customer should employ a qualified electrician to connect the Garden Room to the Customer's electricity supply and Drhino Ltd excludes all liability in this respect.
Drino Ltd warrants that the Structural Elements of the Garden Room will be free from any significant defects for a period of 10 years from the date of the Agreement for purchase. If the Garden Room does not conform to these Warranties, Drhino Ltd will take such steps as it deems necessary to bring the Garden Room into a condition where it is free from such defects or, at the option of Drhino Ltd, will refund the purchase price of the Garden Room to the Customer, provided that this liability shall not in any event exceed the total purchse price of the Garden Room.
No failure or delay on the part of Drhino Ltd to exercise any right or remedy under these Terma, shall be construed or operate as a Waiver therof. The rights and remedies provided are cumulative, and are not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law. Any claims or disputes arising out of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
